Lil Wayne Officially Drops Into Fortnite's Icon Series Today With Two Outfits, Jam Tracks and a Weezy Icon Cup

Lil Wayne is officially dropping into Fortnite today as part of the Icon Series, with a full bundle of themed outfits, emotes, Jam Tracks, and tournament rewards landing in the battle royale's Item Shop at the September 12 reset, Epic Games confirmed through its official Fortnite YouTube channel. The release is timed to Lil Wayne's ongoing Tha Carter VI tour and brings the rapper's persona into Fortnite alongside other recent Icon Series additions such as Snoop Dogg and Lil Tecca.

The bundle centers on two distinct outfits. The "Lil Wayne Outfit" features gold graffiti that glows and pulses to the beat, with toggleable sunglasses, while the "Weezy Outfit" leans on the rapper's signature look with an ember-reactive style and toggleable tank top, hat, and sunglasses. The matching cosmetics include the "Milli Bricks" Back Bling built from gold bricks in the Young Money logo, the flaming "Weezy Board" Back Bling with the dual-wield "Weezy Boardbreaker" Pickaxe, and the "Young Money Stage" Glider that triggers pyrotechnics during descent.

Music is at the heart of the drop. Fortnite Festival is adding three Jam Tracks pulled from Lil Wayne's catalog, "Lollipop," "A Milli," and "6 Foot 7 Foot," alongside two choreographed emotes: a Las Vegas-inspired "Lollipop" emote and a "6 Foot 7 Foot" emote with dance moves performed by Wayne himself. Both emotes are listed in the official trailer description on Epic's Fortnite YouTube channel, alongside the September 12 access date.

Players who want to earn part of the set early can enter the Weezy Icon Cup on September 12. The tournament runs in both Solo Battle Royale and Solo Zero Build, with top regional performers earning the Weezy Outfit and Weezy Board Back Bling before they hit the shop. Every participant also receives the YM Emoticon. The Lil Wayne cosmetics are scheduled to remain in the Item Shop through September 21, giving players roughly a ten-day window to grab the full bundle, with individual pieces also available separately for those who only want part of the collection. Epic has not announced V-Bucks pricing at the time of writing.
