Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.71 Adds Four Cars and Three World Circuits
Gran Turismo 7 version 1.71 is rolling out with four new cars, three new World Circuits, and Whistler joining the featured Scapes Curations.

Polyphony Digital has started rolling out the free Gran Turismo 7 version 1.71 update on PS5, adding four cars, three new World Circuits, and a new featured Curation in Scapes.
The new vehicles are the '97 Toyota Chaser Tourer V, '97 Toyota Mark II Tourer V, '08 Caterham Seven Superlight R500, and '25 Hyundai IONIQ 6 N. The two Toyota models are available through Used Cars, while the Caterham and Hyundai can be purchased from Brand Central. The update also adds Whistler as a featured Curation in Scapes.
The four-car lineup spans very different driving styles: the Chaser is positioned as a street-focused tuner icon, the Mark II as an understated sleeper, the Caterham as a lightweight precision machine, and the IONIQ 6 N as a modern performance car. PlayStation's update guide recommends taking the Chaser to Tokyo Expressway, trying the Caterham on a technical circuit such as Deep Forest Raceway, and using the Hyundai at a fast venue such as High-Speed Ring.
Gran Turismo 7 update 1.71 is free for existing players and requires an internet connection. See the official PlayStation Blog update guide for the full car-by-car breakdown.
