Another Eden Version 3.17.0 Adds New Rhapsody Chapter, Jillfunny's Another Style, and Stellar Awakenings for Ashtear and Ewella

Wright Flyer Studios has released Version 3.17.0 for Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space on September 14, adding a new chapter to Main Story Part 3, a new Another Style for Jillfunny, and Stellar Awakenings for Ashtear and Ewella. The patch was detailed in an official press release distributed via Games Press and Anime News Network, and the in-game Notice board went live alongside the update.

The centerpiece of 3.17.0 is "Dream, Thou Art Eden — The Soul's Shape," a new chapter in the ongoing Into the Hollow: Rhapsody arc of Main Story Part 3. The chapter picks up on a peaceful day after the long conflict with the Chronos Empire, when a notice makes its way to Ashtear and pulls the cast back into the storyline. The patch is one of the largest story drops Wright Flyer Studios has shipped for the single-player JRPG this year.

On the character side, Jillfunny (voiced by Alexandra Guelff) receives a new Another Style, expanding her move set with a fresh variant for players building around her. Two existing five-star classes also unlock Stellar Awakening: Ashtear's Eureka class (voiced by Sara Alexander) and Ewella's Lazuli Medea class (voiced by Holly Freeman). Ewella picks up an extra reward through Weapon Tempering, which adds a new Manifestation weapon for her Lazuli Medea form. Stellar Awakening pushes favored units further with expanded boards and stronger scaling, the studio said, making both characters worth revisiting for difficult content.

The patch is paired with two limited-time campaigns. From September 13 at 15:00 UTC through September 27 at 14:59 UTC, the value of Today's Special Item rises from 20 to 50 Chronos Stones per day. From September 16 at 15:00 UTC through November 15 at 14:59 UTC, a Story Spotlight Campaign rewards Lone Encounter tickets for clearing Main Story chapters 45 (Part 1.5), 55 (Part 2 Part I), 66 (Part 2 Part II) and 84 (Part 2 Part III), with one or two tickets per chapter depending on the entry. Players can also pick up the Another Eden Begins Release Pack via the in-game shop with Paid Chronos Stones to stock their roster ahead of the September 17 console launch.

Wright Flyer Studios' Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space has now passed 15 million downloads across iOS, Android and Steam. The Version 3.17.0 update is live on all platforms today.
